2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an h88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. h88 does not permit access to any of its services by persons under the age of 18, regardless of local majority age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before using h88.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by h88 or any third-party responsible gaming body recognised by h88.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or close family member of any of the above, of h88 or any of its affiliated entities.

h88 may request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active h88 account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. If h88 detects duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate accounts and void any associated bets or winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your h88 account and must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h88 login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes to any third party. h88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify h88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

h88 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at h88's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

h88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your h88 account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. h88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile wallet operators. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the h88 deposit interface.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the original deposit method where required. h88 does not charge internal withdrawal fees, although your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. Processing times vary by payment method.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An h88 account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. h88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances as notified in the account settings. Prior written notice will be provided to the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on h88 are subject to acceptance by h88 at its sole discretion. h88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time prior to the commencement of the event to which the bet relates. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided unless live in-play betting is explicitly offered and the bet was accepted within the valid in-play betting window.

5.2 Odds and Errors

h88 endeavours to ensure that odds displayed on the platform are accurate. In the event of a manifest error – including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event data, or system errors – h88 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and refund the stake to the player's account. h88 is not obligated to honour bets placed as a result of a manifest error, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the user at the time of placing the bet.

5.3 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body or official results provider recognised by h88. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, h88's decision, made in good faith based on available evidence, shall be final. Queries regarding bet settlement must be submitted within seven (7) days of the settlement date.

6. Casino Games

All casino games available on h88 – including live dealer games and random number generator (RNG) games – are operated by certified software and game providers. RNG outcomes are independently certified. h88 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for RNG games are set by the game provider and are available in the respective game information screens. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical actions visible via live video stream and are not influenced by h88 software.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, h88 may offer bonuses, free bets, or other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions applicable to all h88 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. h88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• h88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a bonus from an account in cases of suspected abuse.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the h88 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino or betting product.
• Using the h88 platform for the purpose of money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies ("arbing") in a manner that systematically exploits h88's pricing.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing h88 staff or other users.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

h88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; regulatory or legal requirement; or at h88's absolute discretion in the interests of the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed without fault on the part of the user, any remaining balance will be returned via the user's registered payment method subject to KYC completion. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, h88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the h88 platform – including but not limited to software, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and databases – is the proprietary property of h88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the h88 platform without prior written consent from h88.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h88 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the h88 platform; losses arising from interrupted service, technical failures, or third-party system outages; or losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials. h88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your h88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits h88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by h88's negligence.

12. Responsible Gaming

h88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your h88 account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period to help manage your gaming budget.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of a single gaming session on h88.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from h88 for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your account remains suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Formally exclude yourself from h88 for a minimum of six months. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

13. Privacy

Your use of the h88 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how h88 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the h88 Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

h88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h88 will provide notice to registered users via email or via a prominent notice on the h88 platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of h88 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the h88 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h88 is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute between you and h88 regarding these Terms or any transaction on the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting h88 support. h88 will use reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution as specified by h88 from time to time. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are resident.
